This routine lets you manually divide up a parcel by drawing the dividing line with the mouse. You use the snap routines for more precise placement of the dividing lines, such as making it perpendicular to the boundary or back lot line.
This routine will allow you to divide up a parcel nearly as fast as you can click the mouse.
