Subdivide can automatically divide up a parcel in either of the following ways.
- Subdivide the parcel into two or more equal parts.
- Subdivide the parcel into lots of a specific area. The last lot will contain any leftover area.
In either case, a wizard walks you step-by-step through the process. You can choose which direction to create the lots and also specify the direction of the dividing lot line. The lot names are automatically incremented as you create them. The entire process takes less than 30 seconds!
