Use the "predetermined area" routines to resize a lot to an exact size. Suppose you have created a lot that is 0.57 acres... use these routines to resize it to 0.5 acres exactly.
A simple three step process:
- Click on the lot you wish to resize.
- Click on the side that you will allow to be moved.
- Enter the new area for the lot.

There are three methods to choose from.

Sliding Side
Adjusts the area by sliding a side back and forth.

Swinging side
Adjusts the area by swinging one side.
|
 |
Radial side
This method slides the side radially along a curve. Use this method when resizing a lot on a curve or cul-de-sac.
