Deed-Chek 10 is a powerful yet easy to use deed plotting and analysis program for real estate professionals including agents, real estate attorneys, property appraisers and title companies.

Simple deed entry makes Deed-Chek an excellent choice for non-technical users. Confusing terminology is kept to a minimum and hints are provided throughout the program to guide you as you work.

With the new "Automatic Deed-Reader", Deed-Chek can automatically draw deeds right from a deed file or even by copying and pasting the deed from your word processor. Deed-Check can also automatically draw deeds like "The North 600' of the S.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 12, Township 37S, Range 18E.".
