Bearing, Distance and Curve Information is automatically calculated as lines and arcs are entered. Bearings and distances that are too long to fit on a line are automatically placed in a line table. Curve data is automatically placed in a curve table.

Dynamic Annotations: Simply stated, if you change the size or shape of a lot, then the bearings, distances and area of the lot are automatically updated as well. This not only applies to lots, but to any other linework you draw as well.
If a line changes, then its bearing and distance
automatically change as well.
