Deed-Writer is an add-on tool for Subdivide 10 that creates a deed or legal description right from your drawing. Simply click on a lot in your drawing and a basic metes and bounds legal description is created for you!
Next, use the built-in word processor to add the finishing touches and save it to disk, print it out on your printer, or paste it into Word or WordPerfect.
Deed-Writer is expecially valuable for real-estate attorneys, developers, and land management professionals.

Step 1
In Subdivide 10, click on the "Create a deed" command on the Tools menu. Then click on the lot from which you want to create a deed. |

Step 2
Deed-Writer pops up and creates the basic deed. Now format the text and make any final additions or modifications to the deed.

Now print or save the deed. Or, copy and paste it back into Subdivide 10, AutoCAD, or another word processor such as Microsoft Word. |
